As the expands on the constitution such as the bill of right now protected under the constitution this was one of two amendments which has been voted on the other was the freedom of speech bill which in the end was vetoed by parliament with the reasons being the bill in its current form would not of benefited the people.

The Green Party hoped to try with an updated bill but due to the veto the bill can’t be put to parliament for two months this allows for other bill to be voted on by parliament instead of placing focus on one bill .
