Under Robe
This document is the legal property of the nation of Robe.
- The People of Robe shall always have access to all human rights.
- The Government must act in the best interest of the People.
- All members of the Government must take an oath of allegiance to the King and Prime Minister.
- His royal highness King Morley must have a part in the ruling of the nation.
- The parliament must be made up of 30 seats and yearly elections must take place (unless a state of Emergency in place) after said election if no clear victor an internal vote must take place if needed.
- The Euro is the Offical currency of the nation and must be considered legal tender in the Nation.
- Robe will follow all laws in the Republic of Ireland and the authority of Garda Síochána.
Section 2
This section will outline the procedure of a State of Emergency
- The Emergency Powers Act must be passed in the parliament.
- Power over the borders and Government will be given to the Council.
- The council must present an exit plan to the parliament after two weeks.
